Supporting our mission
AIS is a special place, founded on the power of language, inclusivity, critical thinking and the real-world application of learning. AIS is guided by its mission to build the next generation of courageous leaders who shape their world for the better.
Like many independent schools and universities in the United States, AIS is a nonprofit organization where philanthropic gifts fuel the daily experience of all students.
At AIS, gifts, of every size, ensure our school is able to provide an exceptional experience for every student.
There are many ways to support us - The Eagles Fund, our annual giving fund; Georgia GOAL, a state tax credit program to support need-based financial aid; and the Spring Benefit, our annual globally-themed gala and auction event.
The Eagles Fund
The Eagles Fund is the annual fund at AIS, and is central to the school’s ability to offer this unique educational experience to every student. The Eagles Fund is the number one philanthropic priority of the school.
All gifts to the Eagles fund help students THRIVE, INNOVATE, and BELONG. Click here to learn more about how the Eagles Fund makes a critical impact in the AIS student experience.
Changing lives through Georgia GOAL
Georgia GOAL is a student scholarship organization that helps schools like AIS leverage support for financial aid. To sign up takes just seconds but makes a lifetime of difference to recipients.
Since opening in 1985, 300 AIS students have received need-based financial aid through Georgia GOAL. Georgia taxpayers who designate a portion of their tax liability towards AIS scholarships can receive a 100% state income tax credit by participating in Georgia GOAL. Click here to learn more.
The Spring Benefit
The Spring Benefit is AIS’ largest annual fundraising event. Each year, guests are transported to a unique global destination to celebrate philanthropy through special performances, silent and live auctions, dinner, and dancing.
On May 14, 2022, guests Ventured to Vietnam to support the student experience at AIS. The 2023 Spring Benefit will be a Camino to Colombia.
