AIS, like many private independent schools, relies on the philanthropic spirit of its community in supporting operations each year with gifts that are made apart from tuition.

The Eagles Fund

The Eagles Fund provides the vital difference between what is ordinary and what is extraordinary about the AIS experience. By providing additional resources to our programs, these gifts touch all aspects of our unique community.

It takes the collective annual support of parents, friends, alumni, faculty, and staff, to create the learning opportunities that will allow our faculty and students to be a force for positive change in the world.

The cornerstone of the Eagles Fund is AIS’ leadership giving society, the 1984 Club, which honors the year the school was founded. Each level of the 1984 Club carries with it special recognition, including tickets to the annual Spring Benefit.

Support for the Eagles Fund is always our first priority, but additional gifts of auction items and sponsorship support for the Spring Benefit are also essential to the school’s budget.

If you are interested in making a gift of stock, please contact Charlotte Smith at charlotte.smith@aischool.org.

Financial Aid Tax Credit Program

Since its inception in 2008, the State of Georgia Financial Aid Tax Credit Program has provided AIS students with over $2,000,000 in financial aid funds. These funds level the playing field for qualified students in need of financial aid, allowing them the incredible experience of an AIS education.

Applications for 2019 tax credits are now open. You may apply though Georgia GOAL for your 2019 tax credits through December 31, 2018. Please visit goalscholarship.org to learn more.

Spring Benefit

Each year Atlanta International School hosts the school's argest annual fundraising event for 600+ guests and transports them to a unique destination for an evening of special performances, entertainment, silent and live auctions, dancing, and dinner. This year, guests will Journey to Martinique on Saturday, May 4, 2019, beginning at 6 P.M.  All proceeds from the Spring Benefit support priorities such as highly skilled faculty and providing increased financial aid for students who would not otherwise be able to attend AIS.
