We are excited to offer an enriching summer experience full of fun, new friends, and adventures, at both our Buckhead and Sandy Springs Campuses. There are options for students in rising grades 4K - Grade 10, from June 2nd - July 25.

Campers can participate in a huge range of camps such as Athletics, Design, Robotics, Filmmaking, Chess, and many more unique options. Transport options are available between the two campuses.
LANGUAGE CAMP UPDATE!
This year, we have language camps in French, Spanish, German, Chinese, and are reintroducing an English language camp. These camps are a great way to introduce your child to different cultures and broaden their ability to communicate with people from all over the world.

Art Explorers in The Animal Kingdom
In Art Explorers in the Animal Kingdom, children will embark on a creative journey through the animal world, exploring different habitats—land, sea, and air.
Through exciting art projects, campers will use various techniques, from painting and sculpting to collage and woodworking, to create both realistic and cartoon-style animals.
The week culminates in a day dedicated to their pets, where campers can draw inspiration from their furry, scaly, or feathered friends at home!

Basketball Camp
This session will focus on individual skill development and team competition through gameplay and contests. A strong focus on the fundamental development of ball handling, shooting, and defense that aligns with our AIS Basketball program at the high school level. The camp offers a week of encouraging yet competitive drills, stations, and off-court activities to help improve your overall skill set. Players of all abilities will develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills, and enhance their skill set at the post, wing, or guard position.

Building and Engineering Camp
Building and Engineering Camp invites young creators to explore the exciting world of construction and design! Through hands-on activities like building bridges with LEGO blocks, crafting cardboard forts, launching homemade catapults, and designing floating boats, campers will dive into the fundamentals of engineering while having tons of fun. Each day, kids will engage in collaborative challenges that encourage problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork, all while using everyday materials to build amazing structures and machines. Chess Camp is a super-fun, high-energy chess experience in which kids celebrate a new chess tactic each day with silly videos, music-driven puzzlers for prizes, colorful silicone Tactixbands, funny movies, and chess clock tourneys! Laughter, fast clocks, and compelling teaching approaches make this camp the summer's highlight for hundreds of students across Atlanta. Chess Camp has a fun and friendly spirit and is a great way to keep the brain sharp during the summer while having a real blast!
This year, we're focused on learning a unique chess tactic not taught in our usual weekly programming, and these new tactics come with new wristbands available this summer!

The theme for this week: is The Fried Liver Attack! A pro-level tactic that lets you trade your Knights or a fast road to victory!

After Care Hours
- Aftercare is available from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Aftercare is a separate registration and can be added to your campers’ schedule
- Aftercare is available at a rate of $25 per day
Meal Information
- Morning snacks are provided for all campers
- Lunch must be brought from home
- All lunches and snacks must be NUT-FREE as we are a nut-free campus
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All camp fees include a non-refundable registration fee of $100 per camp.
- All cancellations received in writing before May 1, 2025, will be fully refunded minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Refunds will not be issued after May 1, 2025
- Camp registrations are non-transferable
- Refunds will not be issued for campers unable to attend part or all of the camp session including illness, late arrival, or early dismissal.
- Families will be issued a full refund if AIS cancels a camp and will be informed three weeks before the start of the canceled camp.

Art Meets Science
In this camp, students blend creativity and exploration through daily art and science activities.
Throughout the day students will work with Science Wiz and Art Around the World Kits.
Students will explore different cultures with projects inspired by international art, learning fundamental art techniques, such as color mixing, drawing, shading, and texture. Then students will combine inquiry, experimentation, and play using the Science Wiz kit. Students will receive their own ScienceWiz™ kit and use it to dive deep into important scientific concepts, like electricity, sound, physics, and more!

Chicos on Stage
Improvisational acting, aka 'Improv', is acting without a script. Campers will take a concept or thought and create their mini-skits or scenes using their ideas. This camp focuses on improv basics with an emphasis on listening, teamwork, and fun in a supportive environment!
Improv is a great way to get introduced to theater and acting, and no experience is necessary! By the end of the week, we will create an Improv show to be recorded in class and shared with family and friends via email.

Cosplay - Character Fashion
Our cosplay camp offers a deep dive into the world of cosplay. Cosplay is a type of art form where participants dress up as characters from their favorite media.
The costume/accessory camp focuses on assembling a character look using existing wardrobe items, and supplemented garment creation. One can also create accessories and props, essential elements for any cosplay character. The camp will end with a character presentation, showcasing the students' imaginative work to family and friends.

Digital Creators Academy
Introducing Digital Creators Academy, an innovative summer camp designed for students who dream of becoming the next generation of digital entrepreneurs. In this dynamic program, young innovators will dive into the exciting world of digital product creation, learning to design and publish their own eBooks, develop engaging online courses, build professional websites, explore app development, and launch mini eCommerce stores. Our expert mentors provide hands-on guidance in a collaborative environment, teaching essential skills in product ideation, digital design, content creation, and marketing strategies.
Throughout this transformative summer experience, students will work in small groups, accessing state-of-the-art technology while participating in daily creative challenges and team-building activities. Dungeons and Dragons Camp
Throughout the week, our adventurers will play Dungeons and Dragons, and start Dungeon Campaigns. They’ll also design their dungeons from cardboard and sculpt creatures using our famous modeling clay called “Masita.”
Their creations will then adventure in our dungeon quests, solve riddles, math problems, brainteasers, dodge various monsters, and find treasure.
