David Schrader received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University in 2008, and his Masters in Sports Medicine from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2014. David has assisted with Atlanta Silverbacks, men’s rugby, US Soccer, and various high school athletics programs.
David conducts Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing is known as the ImPACT test. The ImPACT test is nationally recognized computer software used to give baseline information on athletes and help manage concussions. David is an ImPACT Trained Athletic Trainer (ITAT) and assists in the return to play process for any athletes returning from a concussion. David provides coverage for all athletics including treatments and injury assessments.
AIS has teamed up with the elite medical staff of Emory Sports Medicine. Dr. Brandon Mines will serve as the school’s medical director and provide prompt medical services if necessary. Any student needing further treatment will be referred to Motion Stability under the care Brian Yee.
