Application Process

• Create your account with Ravenna
• Please have your application complete along with all supporting documents submitted by the January 31st deadline. 

All required documents can be found within Ravenna

• Login to your Ravenna account and delegate the appropriate teacher evaluation forms to your child’s current school.
• Please print the Transcript Release Form and take it directly to your child’s current school. The teacher will then send your child’s transcripts from this school year and last directly to AIS.

There are many ways to engage with Atlanta International School and our community, including during the admission season. We encourage you to participate in a tour, Information Session or Open House. This admissions season we are offering a combination of virtual and in-person events.

Applicant Screening Days are a required part of the application process for all grade levels. We hold in-person screenings for local applicants during the regular admission session - zoom for out-of-state/international families. 

Dates for all events can be found here. All events and screening days can be scheduled in advance via your Ravenna account.

All families will be notified of their admission decision, and financial aid award if applicable, on April 1st, 2023 through the Ravenna portal.

All families must notify AIS of their enrollment decision by April 14th, 2023.

For Secondary School applicants, the SAT or other standardized tests from the past academic year are welcome, but not required. We welcome SSAT results for native English speakers and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) if you are a non-native English speaker as part of a student's secondary application, but they are not required.
