Diploma Program
The culminating achievement of students graduating from AIS is graduating with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. The IB Diploma Program is the curriculum that students in Grades 11 and 12 follow at AIS.
The DP represents more than a proven pathway to some of the finest universities and careers; it’s the pathway to students becoming lifelong learners and caring, well-rounded human beings making a difference in the world.
The DP provides students in Grades 11 and 12 with a depth and breadth of courses, and an inquiry approach to self-managed learning, that enables them to hit the ground running when they reach college or university. Success in the IBDP exams can also result in students receiving generous US college credits.

Students have a curricular requirement to regularly give back to the community throughout the two-year DP program.
No prior language experience is needed before students join the IB Diploma Program. Language options exist for students of all experience levels, from beginners to bilingual students.
