Assignment
Read at least two of the books from the book list below and watch at least two of the movies from the movie list.
Purchase a hard-backed reading journal (no smaller than 6" x 8") and begin a reading journal that you will continue to use throughout the year.
For each book that you read give the following:
- Title
- Author
- Genre
- Date of first publication
- Date completed
- Then complete this sentence: I would read or not read other books by this author because-Support your opinions from the text.
Further assignments will be given during the first week of school in August, so it is important that you read / view as much as you can.
