Strategic Planning Process - Overview

The 2006-2010 AIS Strategic Plan will be developed in three phases over the next 6 months:

  1. Mission/Values and Implications for the Strategic Plan (late September – early November)
  2. Aspirations and Ideas (November – January 2006)
  3. Prioritize and Integrate (February – March 2006)

After formal adoption of the Plan by the AIS Board in early April, we will move into strategy implementation

  1. Implementation Planning (April – June 2006)
  2. Implementation (June 2006 and beyond)
