AIS Strategic Planning 101
What is our starting point for the new strategic plan?
The past five years have been about building and strengthening the foundation of our school
We have made a lot of progress during the last 5 years (read about our progress/challenges
We are fortunate as a school community to now have a strong foundation in place and we have many choices about how we collectively decide to evolve our school over the next 5 years
Over the next six months we will develop our 2006-10 strategic plan. We will then use the objectives and goals that emerge from the planning process to:
- Define a campus master plan that provides the physical infrastructure needed to realize our aspirations
- Create the capital campaign that will allow us to fund our aspirations and attract, develop and retain our faculty
