AIS Strategic Planning 101
What is "Strategy"?
- A dynamic, sustainable plan that enables AIS to achieve its mission and truly live its values
- A set of actions that create and capture value by serving all key school constituents in a superior way
- Informs virtually all decisions (What to do? What not to do? How does it influence student learning and well being?)
At its core, strategy is about allocating scarce resources to maximum advantage in support of AIS mission (where we will and won’t invest)
