Area athletes win 10 gold medals

For the third straight year, a team from the city or south metro failed to win a state championship, but there were several individual performances that highlighted Georgia Olympics XXXIV.
... Atlanta International School's George Weeks and Aymerick Kolokilagi were the only teammates to win gold medals. Weeks won the 800 in two minutes, and Kolokilagi, who will attend Kennesaw State, won the shot put contest.
