AIS Strategic Planning 101
We have a few requirements that the new strategic plan must address, but most issues are wide open for discussion
The only "givens" we have as we look to the future are that AIS will continue to have the following:
- IB as our core educational philosophy
- International perspective (through dual language instruction) as our defining mission
- Respect All Value All (RAVA) as a key part of our community values
Everything else about AIS is open to discussion and change as a result of the planning process.
Additionally, we must address the issues raised by CIS, IBO and SACS during the planning process.
Your active participation and input in all phases of the strategic plan is crucial. The Board of Trustees has the final decision on the plan; they will be heavily influenced and driven by community input.
