WorldFest 2007

Sunday, October 28, 2007, from noon – 5 p.m.

For those of you who are new to AIS, WorldFest is our family fall festival. Everyone is welcome as WorldFest is open to the public! If you haven’t had lunch at worldfest, it’s a must! There will be phenomenal home made food from around the world, singing, dancing, and games for all ages. Check out the bumper cars, have your face painted, and volunteer!

Look for sign-up sheets during the Volunteer Fair during the first PO meeting on September 6 at 8:30 a.m. Or send an email to worldfest@googlegroups.com to find out more. This is a great way to get involved, so please sign up.

T-Shirt Design Contest

This year's winner of the WorldFest T-shirt Design Contest is first grader, Serena Kapoor. Serena's design is titled, "Diversity is our strength" and will be on display in the Primary School. T-shirts will be sold during carpool prior to WorldFest and at the event. Long-sleeve and short-sleeve T-shirts will be available in youth and adult sizes. Remember that WorldFest T-shirts have been approved to be worn in PE!
