Christmas Market Volunteers are Stars
A big thank you, thank you, thank you to all Christmas Market volunteers! The German Parent Association Board would like to thank all volunteers for their enthusiasm, creativity, and hard work during the preparation of this year’s Christmas Market.
Our volunteers spent endless hours creating Adventskraenze (Christmas wreaths), cards and decorations, as well as preparing food and drinks of the season. They decorated tents and sold their goods with the help of AIS students during the five-hour market. If not for them, there would not have been a Christmas Market for our children to experience this year without actually flying to Europe!
A special thank you goes to Cathy Branch, Michaela Collenberg and Petra Lauber for their tireless efforts in planning all aspects of the market and for leading this large group of volunteers. It was a great success. Again, thank you for all you have done to make this the biggest event of the German Parent Association this year!
