Flamenco Dance Lessons Offered at AIS
Flamenco is getting off to a great start at AIS after current students had their great debut at WorldFest. We know there are many AIS students eager to learn the dramatic and joyful dance steps and we are getting ready to start our next session.
Classes for grades 2, 3 and 4 will run on Wednesdays from January 19 through May 11, a total of 16 classes from 3 – 4:15 p.m. Class size is limited to 24 students. Classes for 4K, 5K and grade 1 will be on Mondays starting January 24 through May 16, a total of 15 classes from 3 – 3:45 p.m. Class size is limited to 16 students. All classes will be in the auditorium.
Classes cover arms and hands, footwork and rhythm, choreography and enrichment (including but not limited to movies, listening to music, working with props). Registration is due between December 9 and January 14. For details, contact Begoña Cintrón at begolatica@yahoo.com.
