1st Grade German

An old tradition in Germany involves giving the new 1st graders their school supplies and snacks for the day in a "schuletute." The translation is "school bag" but in this case it is cone-shaped. A pleasant surprise for the students is when they find a toy or two in the cone amongst the snacks and school supplies.
