Math teacher Tasha Calvert and Jerry Babiar were married at the Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church on the Emory University campus in June. They spent their honeymoon in Hawaii.

English teacher Rhonda Hill married Peter Mott in July. The wedding was held on Lago Maggiore, Isole di Brissago (the island in the lake), in Ascona, Switzerland.

German teacher Helga Hiller and Frank Colella were married in July on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The ceremony was right on the beach and included some Hawaiian traditions. Frank is from Syracuse, NY and will be joining Helga in Atlanta in October.

The Headmaster’s Executive Assistant Monica McKellar married Allen Wright Marshall III in June at St. George’s Episcopal Church in Griffin. The reception was at the Ritz Carlton and they honeymooned on Maui, Hawaii.

New Secondary School Math teacher Jamie Coventry started his new life in Atlanta in a big way – by marrying his fiancée Lucy at the end of the first school week. AIS parents Rick and Roya Curtis hosted the celebration.

Congratulations to former Primary School French teacher Audrey Graf and her husband Scott, proud parents of twins Anaïs (left) and Juliette (right), born in July.
