Bienvenidos, Todos; Welcome Everyone!
Amigos Spanish Parent Association is happy to welcome everyone back and thank all of you for your support. Our first meeting of the year was a great success with many new families joining us. Amongst the activities that we will be involved in this year are Spanish classes for AIS parents, homework assistance, providing Upper School Spanish guest speakers and further supporting CAS group “Aprendiendo Ingles Solido.” We also support the hospitality committee by helping organize the Faculty and Staff Appreciation Luncheon. We host the Amigos Fiesta Night in November and support the efforts of the Development Office and the Admission Office by coordinating an informational coffee in Spanish in the month of October for prospective native Spanish-speaking families.
We encourage anyone interested in further developing their Spanish or simply interested in becoming involved with the school to contact us and join the wonderful projects that support our children in their learning of the Spanish language.
