iHOT Wins National Award
Cheers for the iHOT Robotics Team! At the National FIRST Tournament, the AIS International House of Technology (iHOT) Team was awarded the Championship Autodesk Visualization Award. This honor is given for the best animation expressing the theme “What FIRST means to our team.”
This award recognizes 30 seconds of student animation that clearly and creatively illustrates what FIRST means to that team, meets all entry requirements, and is judged to have the highest score based on Concept, Creativity, and Technical Execution. The judging at the Championship level is done by professional animators, artists, engineers and educators.
The iHOT team submitted “Seeds of Inspiration,” creating a garden sprouting with flowers that represent the different facets of iHOT’s Robotics team. Congratulations to the creators of this animation: Matthew Keeter, Charles Vanijcharoenkarn, Peter Manidis, Florian Colombel, Alex Gutierrez, Adrien Pellerin and Colin Hill, mentored by Jill Herron and Bill Keeter.
