Environmental Awareness: A Stride in the Right Direction

On January 26 and 27 we hosted our first Electronics Drive at AIS. Our sponsor for this event was Tech Corp Georgia, Inc. This was their pilot drive and it was a huge success. Their truck was completely full by the end of the second day. Please visit their website at www.techcorpsga.org to learn more about their programs.

We are delighted to announce our newest members of the Primary School Recycling Patrol: the 5K Daisy Club. They carefully sketched their vision of how they would like to see our planet Earth. Their artwork became the cover of all our invitations that were sent out to the Primary School families and the entire AIS faculty and staff. Special thanks to Julie Latona for coordinating this effort.

We would also like to thank everyone for your support and participation. Together we made a difference in keeping the following items from ending up in the landfills.
