Kicking off the summer we’ve got our annual basketball camp, Waddy’s Hoop School, ideal for the basketball star in your family. This one-week, all-day session is perfect for rising 6th through 9th graders who want to improve their game. Week two in our summer brings our new volleyball camp, where children coming in to 4th through 12th grades will improve their skills and understanding of the game.
Kaleidoscope is our new all-day camp for students ages 4 to 12. It’s sure to be fun-filled and action packed every day and is available all summer, from June 12 through to July 28.
Highlighting the summer are our popular language camps held in Chinese, English as a Second Language (ESL), French, German and Spanish. Starting the week of July 10, campers will be immersed in the language and culture for a three-week or two-week session. They will spend all day developing their second language skills in a variety of ways that ensures improvement, understanding and fun. Our language camps draw students from all over the metro area – and with a rich diversity, these camps provide your child with a global educational community where respect and appreciation for citizens of the world are as integral to the curriculum as academics.
We also have three new camps sure to bring new campers: Lego/Robotics, Introduction to Programming and a USA Chess camp.
Our Summer Enrichment classes are back for students in grades 5 through 12 in Math or English for a three- or two-week half-day session starting July 10.
New this year, all camps include snacks, lunch*, and a camp T-shirt. As always, an extended day program is available for campers who wish to come early and stay late.
(*Half-day chess camps and the Summer Enrichment program do not include lunch.)
