How to Summarize Two Great Months?
How do we summarize two great months in one paragraph? It will be difficult, but we will try. First of all, we (the four exchange students from the St. Benno-Gymnasium, Dresden) love this school! We gained a lot of new experiences at AIS, such as the close relationship between teachers and students and the teachers’ efforts to achieve the best atmosphere for learning. We realized how many advantages this gives to the whole school community. Also, we saw how students from all over the world can work together in a respectful and nice way.
A major difference compared to our school is the low number of students in one class, which greatly supports the individual development of each student.
Not only in school but also with our host families, we enjoyed a multicultural life. During the weekends we explored the city of Atlanta and its many interesting attractions. Everyone made us feel at home during our two months here.
Thanks to everyone who made our stay so special, especially our host families and Mrs. Box! We are looking forward to welcoming our exchange students to Dresden soon. We had a great time here and we will miss you a lot! Viele liebe Gruesse.
