Art Workshop Benefits Tsunami Relief Fund
The Valentine’s Day Card Art Workshop was a big success. The Primary School art department held five one-day workshops after school that allowed the students to create Valentine’s Day cards. The cost of the workshop was $5 and included all the paper, sequins and glue that could be used. Proceeds were donated to the AIS Tsunami Relief Fund.
The students seemed to have a really fun time and were aware that they were part of a charitable act. The event raised over $700. Marie-Laurence de Potesta and I want to thank all the students and parents for the support that helped make this project such a huge success.
