It's Not Too Late for Auction Items
If you're planning to donate an auction item to the 2006 Spring Benefit: Passport to Greece, it's not too late, as the deadline to be listed in the catalog is Wednesday, February 15. Contributions may be made after February 15, but items will be listed in the catalog addendum, which is distributed the night of the event. Catalogs will be mailed to all Benefit attendees at the beginning of March.
A variety of auction items is needed, including gift certificates to restaurants, attractions, personal services and things to do for kids. If you own a vacation home, have access to airline, sporting or concert tickets, or have good relationships with businesses that you frequently visit or if you have your own business, then you have exactly what we need to help make the event a success.
As an added incentive for parents to give, the fair market value of auction items donated will contribute to your gift to the 2005-06 Circle of Friends Annual Giving Campaign. To donate an auction item, download the PDF version of the Auction Donor Form. Or, contact Laura Nelson, Special Events Manager, in the school's Development Office at 404-841-3847 or lnelson@aischool.org.
