Parent Organization News: Primary School Report
4K and 5K parents have been meeting with Dal Sohi in constructive sessions to discuss strengths and challenges of the program and identify ideas for the planning of the next school year. These meetings will continue throughout the Primary School at different grade levels over the next few months.
The PS, 4K and 5K reps are in the process of reviewing the 2005-2006 calendar. Also, we are considering a new selection process for room parents, and on January 26 we are meeting with the grade level leaders to discuss a simpler, more streamlined structure for room parents to simplify communications in coming years.
We need volunteers to take over Lost and Found and Playground Equipment. Any volunteers please contact the Primary School representatives.
We are also looking for parents to begin to develop guidelines and approaches for Positive Playground Behavior. If you are interested please contact the Primary School representatives. We will begin with 4K and 5K.
A PS Forum is planned for Wednesday, February 9 at 8:30 a.m.
