The Atlanta Opera Comes to AIS

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear the acclaimed Atlanta Opera in AIS’s own Lademacher Theatre on February 16, 2008. The AIS Parent Organization and the newly formed AIS Arts Alliance are jointly presenting this special, one-of-a-kind evening celebrating AIS’s Visual Arts, Theatre, and Music programs. And the best part—all proceeds from this evening will benefit our School and it arts programs.

What is in store for you on February 16? The evening will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a dessert reception featuring several AIS performing groups. You will hear performances by the AIS Honor Choir, the Primary School Chorus, excerpts from “Seussical the Musical” performed by our Middle School Theatre cast, and performances by instrumental ensembles. While enjoying the reception, art from various students and other AIS community artists will be on display. At 9 p.m., we will all move to the Lademacher for an hour of music performed by the Atlanta Opera.

Tickets for this fundraiser are available for $50 (side seats), $75 (main theatre side seats), and $100 (center seats).
