International Movie of the Month

The GPA presents the German movie "Die wilden Kerle", after the successful children's books by Joachim Masannek. The 'wild guys', a soccer-enthusiastic bunch of boys, are looking forward to spending the holidays on the soccer field. Suddenly one catastrophe follows the other. Permanent rain, a ban on soccer, house arrest and conflict with another gang complicates their plans. But the wild guys are tough cookies, following their battle cry "everything is fine, as long as you're wild". The movie is in German, not rated, but recommended for ages six and up. It will take place on January 27, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. in the AIS Auditorium.
