Spanish Assembly

Spanish teacher Ms. Stella Salazar has a pilot program Spanish language class for new students in grades 3, 4 and 5 who have not learned the language before. Depending on each week’s language rotation, they occasionally spend a full day in Spanish immersion. These students recently put on a performance for their parents and some of the younger Spanish track students. The script was about reporting the weather in Chicago, Acapulco in Mexico, Spain and La Patagonia in Argentina, and the songs were “Weather” and “Good Morning.”
