Coach Gregg Albright

Coach Albright has been coaching volleyball (ages 8 - collegiate players) for 23 years. He grew up on the beaches of Southern California playing with and against some of the best players in the world, competing in beach, grass, and indoor tournament play.

After graduating from UCLA he received coaches' training from Gold Medal Olympic coaches Marv Dunphy and Gary Sato. After successfully coaching at the middle and high school levels he became co-director of Pacific Palisades Volleyball Club. The club consisted of up to 15 boys' and girls' teams, each season competing throughout the United States at the Junior Olympic level, producing many nationally ranked teams and future collegiate- and national-level players.

Coach Albright amassed a 205-65 middle school record and 7 championships while teaching and coaching at St. Mathew's Parish School in Los Angeles. At the high school level in California his teams earned many post season appearances and a Los Angeles City Championship along the way. He then moved to Virginia to coach the Collegiate High School Varsity Girls to a 24-3 record and runner up in the State Championship. He coached at the collegiate level with the University of Mary Washington where he coached for two years before coming to Atlanta International School.
