Exchange Programs
Dear parents and students,
Just another brief overview of the linguistic exchange options sponsored and organized by the Language Departments at AIS. Please read the conditions carefully so we can avoid any "surprises." Please also remember that the Library has a collection of additional possibilities for your children. If you decide to organize a trip for your child, please let us know, and especially give us feedback of your experience after returning from the course.
If you plan an exchange privately, it is imperative that you inform the school early so we can plan to have a guest at the School and give you the conditions under which this is possible before you finalize the exchange. Remember, it is very important to have insurance papers and a power of attorney for your guest while they are in the US. If you make any arrangements on your own, AIS will not be responsible for any of the arrangements, planing or quality of the program.
Please direct all questions to the appropriate Department Head of each Language. (German: Christiane Box; Spanish: Milagros Esteban; French: Thierry Darlis)
